Ocean’s 11

10 Things to Declutter Before 2018 | Marnie's Notebook

Careful consideration went into planning each room requested by the homeowners because of the challenging narrow lot. With skill and attention to detail, Marnie and team created comfortable living spaces in this beach home.

The kitchen boasts an array of materials that gives it a down-to-earth feeling, including a five-foot galley sink and an island that seats six. The counters are a mix of reclaimed wood and quartz, while the backsplash is marble with a zinc hood over the range.

Additional highlights include a primary suite on the top floor off the main living areas and a guest bunk room that sleeps 16 and provides lockers and under-bed storage. Cathedral ceilings with integrated wood beams, an elevator, a wood-burning fireplace, and a great room with 16’ sliding glass doors that open to the porch area for indoor-outdoor dining space round out the home’s amenities.
