With six bedrooms (each with an ensuite bath) and 6.5 bathrooms, this 4,332 square feet home was thoughtfully designed to maximize space and ocean views.
The main house, positioned closest to the shore is the heart of the home with a chef’s kitchen, leading to the main living area. A pool cutout provides an elegant separation between the main house and the guest quarters in the rear, ensuring privacy while enhancing beachfront living. The primary homeowner enjoys a serene retreat in the main house, while family and friends have their own dedicated space in the guest quarters that still offers those amazing ocean views.
Crafted to feel light, airy, and expansive, the home’s design emphasizes natural light. Wall-to-wall glass doors facing the ocean open to the sea breeze, while tall cathedral windows in the primary suite and windows along the north and south sides allow sunlight to flood the space.
