Tim Supplee Awarded 2026 Selections Coordinator of the Year, by the Homebuilders Association of Delaware

About the Award

The Regal Awards, presented annually by the Home Builders Association of Delaware, celebrate excellence across every discipline of the home building industry. The Selections Coordinator of the Year award honors a professional who bridges the worlds of design and construction, keeping complex projects on schedule, on budget, and beautifully cohesive. In 2026, Marnie Custom Homes swept all major ‘Of the Year’ categories with 16 total wins, the most in the company’s history.

The Honoree

Tim Supplee, Senior Design Manager at Marnie Custom Homes, was named Selections Coordinator of the Year at the 2026 Regal Awards. Tim brings over 30 years of construction experience to a role that sits at the intersection of design vision and field execution. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Administration, Tim launched his career as a carpenter before founding his own construction company, Black Dog Construction, which he operated for 14 years. He has served as Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimating Manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of every phase of a custom home build.

In 2025, Tim successfully led the selection process across MCH’s full portfolio of seventeen custom home builds, with every home delivered on time and on budget. His rare ability to anticipate installation challenges before they occur, and to translate complex design decisions into clear, actionable guidance for homeowners, has elevated the entire selection process at MCH into a structured, disciplined system. Tim’s vendor relationships span Marvin Windows, Andersen Windows, Ferguson, Benjamin Obdyke, James Hardie, and many more. He regularly travels to supplier factories to stay ahead of emerging products and building trends, and conducts on-site quality assurance walks to verify proper installation.

“Tim’s professionalism ensures that creativity is supported by precision, resulting in homes that reflect both design excellence and technical integrity.”— Marnie Oursler, President & Owner, Marnie Custom Homes

Looking Ahead

Tim Supplee continues to define what exceptional design management looks like in luxury coastal home building. As Senior Design Manager, he ensures that every Marnie Custom Home is not only beautifully designed but flawlessly executed from the first selection to the final installation. His 2026 Selections Coordinator of the Year award is a reflection of three decades of dedication to the craft.
