Top Lighting for 2023 – Part 2 Foyer and Bathroom Lights

As a continuation of our lighting roundup, I’m sharing more of my personal favorites from our latest coastal builds. Each of these lighting fixtures was purposefully selected based on innovation, beauty, and the ability to elevate their space. May this roundup serve as a source of inspiration, with links to “Shop This Look” included for reference, and to perhaps spark design ideas for your own home.

Part II – We’re reviewing staircase chandeliers, bathroom, and bunk room lights.

If you missed Part I which showcases dining chandeliers and pendants, you can read it here.

Staircase Chandelier Lighting

1. Globe and bubble lights are having a moment in 2023! I’m obsessed with stairwell bubbles, and this particular piece in our Live Lucky build is fun and beachy.

Shop this Talia Grande Entry Chandelier here.

2. This stairwell chandelier in our Sea Glass build is super modern and a perfect fit, as it fills the space without blocking the view.

3. In our Double the Fun build, this lighting piece has a similar modern vibe; however, these lights were imported from Italy. The best effect is at night, as these lights look absolutely wonderful from the exterior of the home as well.

4. Another stunning showpiece is the stairwell lighting in our Wavehaven build.

Shop this Verbier Crystal Chandelier here.

Bathroom Lighting

1. These oversized master bath sconces in our Sea Glass build, provide a nice balance for the extra-large bathroom vanity.

Shop this Optic 30” Bath Vanity light here.

2. In our Beach to Bay build, we used these lights for a clean and sophisticated look.

Shop this Minka Lavery Pullman Junction Light Bath here.

3. Also in our Beach to Bay build, are these nautical-inspired lights, which provide the bathroom with a modern coastal vibe.

Shop the Caparros Collection by Kichler here.

4. In the primary bathroom of our 7’s Heaven build, we installed a specific tub light. This piece fits just perfectly and pairs nicely with the clean look of the bathroom. It also adds a touch of drama without taking over.

Shop this Piero Medium White Chandelier by Currey & Company here.

Bunk Room Lighting

1. We love these bunk lights in our Wavehave build. They provide a nautical look and are super sturdy for a lighting option in a kid-focused space.

Shop these Mariner Oval Wall lights by Norwell Lighting here.

2. In our Beach to Bay build, these floating step lights were incorporated into the bunk room. They create such a fun space (and night light) for kids!

I hope this has ignited inspiration in your home lighting decisions for 2024!
